    Les trois propriétés de la villa Miyèl (Swiiti, Koton et Shokola) sont entièrement équipées : Wi-Fi, climatisation, cuisines avec appareils modernes, espaces extérieurs privatifs et salons confortables. 

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Oui,chacun des logements de la villa Miyèl disposent de places de parking privées et gratuites à la disposition des invités.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Oui, le logement Swiiti est adapté aux familles et les logements Koton et Shokola conviendront davantage aux couples.

    Swiiti offre une grande terasse extérieure couverte ainsi qu’un jardin potager, idéal pour familles avec enfants.
